Mrs. Vacek has practiced law in the area of estate planning, probate and trust administration for almost 20 years in Houston.  Mrs. Vacek has handled the administration of several hundred estates, including probate, disclaimer work, trust administration, subtrust funding, asset valuation, and preparation of  federal estate tax returns. She assists clients in protecting their assets and families utilizing such tools as living trusts, FLPs, IRA Inheritance Trusts®, and other state-of-the-art planning techniques.
